At Pure Serene Therapy, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure smooth scheduling and provide the best care for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our policies below:
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service cost.
Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment time may be charged 100% of the service cost.
No-Show Policy
A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without notification.
100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments or may result in denied service.
Late Arrivals
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however:
Your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
The full service fee will still apply.
Payment & Deposits
A valid card on file or deposit may be required to secure appointments, especially for:
– New clients
– Couples sessions
– Extended or specialty services
Deposits are applied to the final service total.
Illness & Emergencies
We fully understand that unexpected events happen.
If you are unwell (fever, contagious illness) please contact us as soon as possible.
In genuine emergency situations, fees may be waived at our discretion.
